Invitations to Apple’s March 8 launch event, which is expected to include the Iphone SE 5G 😀
Invitations for the March 8 spring event, one of Apple’s first big launches, were sent out on Wednesday. It’s called “Peek performance,” and it starts at 10:00 a.m. PT (10:30 p.m. IST).”
In all likelihood, the phrase is an allusion to the upcoming introduction of the 5G iPhone SE. Since its debut two years ago, during the height of the pandemic, the iPhone SE 2 has been a popular, inexpensive iPhone that is long overdue for an update. In markets like India, where Cupertino has recruited new users and increased its market share, Apple’s strategy of reviving the iPhone 8 and replacing it with the newest CPU has been successful. Apple is likely to stick with the same model this year without a redesign, but it will boost the value by adding 5G and a better camera to further tempt budget-conscious customers in developing countries who have long longed to acquire an iPhone.
There may be a way to lower the cost of admittance. Cupertino has been experimenting with aggressive pricing strategies in India, the company’s second-best market after China, in order to draw in new users. Samsung’s Galaxy A-series and OnePlus’ popular Nord series might suffer if the iPhone SE 5G does it. Due to their dominance in the low-cost smartphone market, Xiaomi and Realme are less likely to be affected by the arrival of Apple’s new iPhone SE.
This year, Apple is expected to unveil a wide range of new products. The long-awaited Mixed Reality (MR) headgear, which has been in development since 2015, may be unveiled with the iPhone and iPad Pro updates. Since AirPods were released in 2016, this will be Apple’s first new product from the company.
